I have found this brilliant FREE iPhone app called RunKeeper. It uses the iPhone’s Location Services to track your run, cycle, walk, jog. I ran on my local football oval and it tracked my movements to the nearest centimetre! Great stuff.

I know most people have a computer for their bike, but the brilliant thing about this app is that you can view the map of your last run / ride and sent the image to friends to replicate the route etc. Possibilities are endless friends.
